About Me
My name is Heather (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist and Child Mental Health Specialist. I love to help people find their voice, especially when they feel like others have "given up" on them.

My approach is holistic- a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Play Therapy- depending on your needs and therapy goals. I feel like therapy should not be awkward so I try to incorporate our true selves in session and meet you where you're at. I am LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming.

I have worked at Child Protective Services, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Lutheran Community Services, Kadlec, and Sageview Youth Psychology, serving individuals and families who have experienced abuse, neglect and other forms of trauma that lead to behavioral and emotional concerns. I am passionate about helping those who have gone through difficult challenges and are needing support.
